A brilliant event idea only works when you have the right people to bring it to life. Whether you need a complete event team or an experienced professional freelancer to fill a gap, THE Production TEAM can help.
Since the beginning of 2025, our talent pool of 91 active freelancers has delivered 1,214 shifts for 34 clients across Saudi Arabia and Dubai. Behind those numbers is an impressive breadth of production, technical and on-site expertise, ready to support events of every shape and size.
Our production professionals include show producers, theatre producers, showcallers, site managers, project coordinators, production assistants and floor assistants. On the technical side, we can provide riggers, senior LED technicians, LED and video technicians, LX operators, lighting technicians, AV technicians, lighting and sound operators, and followspot operators. We also supply the runners and admin assistants who keep information, people and practical details moving behind the scenes.
Our flexible approach means we can provide one specialist for a particular role, additional support during the busiest stages of a project or a wider team to work alongside your own creatives, producers and technical suppliers. Our freelancers are used to joining established teams and helping projects move smoothly from planning and rehearsals through to live delivery.
That means less time searching for people and greater confidence that every role is covered by someone with the right skill set.
Whatever your event needs, we’ll help you build the right TEAM to deliver it.
